You’ll make pita dough to dip into fresh made hummus as well as light crispy cookies and crackers. The class will assemble a giant charcuterie board with all the lovely items made in class as well as meats, cheeses, fruits, jams, olives and pickles. Everyone will enjoy the spread as a festive lunch. You will have your pita dough to take home as well.
