  • Once you have purchased your place in class either by your own purchase or gift card, you have purchased your place for that specific day and time so we can not offer it to anyone else. We understand last minute things come up however to successfully operate the school, we must adhere to our policy. Each class is planned weeks to days in advance according to the number of students registered which determines the number of instructors and amount of ingredients needed.

  • Out of respect for the instructors and other students, please refrain from attending class if you are in any way sick.

  • Class will continue as scheduled if the roads are clear around/near the baking school. If you live in an area at higher elevations and experience an increase in snow and icy roads, please consider this before registering for a winter class. If class is cancelled due to weather, you may choose a different class to take or a refund can be issued.

  • While some classes are slightly more advanced in the techniques you learn, all classes are suitable for beginners. So whether you are a first time bread maker or would like to learn the basic foundations of baking (Baking 101), you will have success in any class.

  • All gift card purchases are final. You can either purchase a digital gift card on the “Class Schedule” page or choose the class for someone and purchase the class.
