Ah, Spring is in the air! In this course, you will learn how to make a simple 1 hour rise focaccia that will be decorated with Spring herbs. Then you will make our all butter flaky pie dough that we’ll turn into berry filled galettes. Lastly a tart lemon yogurt cake (quick bread) will be made to round out our class. You will have your own focaccia/galette/slices of cake and cold pie dough to take home. Join us in celebrating the flavors of Spring!
